HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 - Getting the design process going!

You can send me some imagery of things that you’re inspired by, this can be examples of lettering/fonts/calligraphy, colour palettes, any symbolism, florals or illustrations you might like me to include. I’ll need you to send me the exact wording/dates/information you require to be included on your invites so that I can work this into your format.

Step 2 -Once I have the 50% non refundable deposit, I can get working on your design! I aim to get the initial artworks finished within a 3 week time frame after receiving the deposit.

Step 3 -I then get the design sent over to you in digital format for you to review and get your feedback. I allow for a maximum of 10 design changes before an additional design cost is incurred. (10 is usually plenty to allow for any alterations you might like).

Step 4 -Next I make any changes that might be required and then send to you for final approvals, this process can usually take up to 2 weeks depending on the depth of alterations.

Step 5 - Once we have agreed the final design you then send over the remaining balance and we can go to print! I set up all of your artwork for printing and send it all off to the printers. The printer usually has a turn around of 1 week but can be longer depending on the complexity of the design and the number of pieces within your stationery suite.

Step 6 - Next, I receive the printed pieces and check them over before parcelling them all up and getting them sent out to you ready for the big day!

Overall the process can take up to 6 weeks from the beginning of the design to when you have the final product in hand. This can be faster depending on confirmation of designs and reply times. If you’re ready to get the conversation started drop me a message via my contact form here.
